God Has Answered Our Prayers!

By the grace of God, we have become parents! God heard our prayers that we prayed during these past six years. We faced a lot of problems and also discouraging words from other people. We felt like we had no hope in this world, but we always hoped and fully trusted that Jesus could hear our prayers and that He would certainly give us a baby. Thank you for praying with us and supporting us in this difficult situation. God gave us a baby!

Thanks to be God–He has brought these wonderful children to our church! We are also amazed by the number of children who came to our Christmas program–about 42 children attended the Christmas program in our church! When I saw them, I rejoiced in Christ because they were so eager to come to our Christmas program.

Go Into All of the World

By the grace of God we are doing ministry. We already finished this semester’s formal classes at Calvary Bible Institute. Everything went well . For the end of our semester, we did outreach in the area where one of our staff, Pastor Milan ministers. All of our beloved students worked hard during the outreach. They prepared a skit, Gospel songs, dance and more. We did open air preaching at local places including the market area. We did our outreach with a tribal people group that our student Manish is serving with. Manish is the brother of Pastor Milan. He is taking care of these people and giving them sound doctrine and sound teaching. This people group is not very educated. They used to live only in the forest, not in houses like we live in. I am also doing ministry among these people. Some came to become students at our Calvary Bible Institute, but unfortunately they ran away from the Bible Institute. We shared and proclaimed the Gospel there like the Bible says “Go and preach to all the nations.”

God Is Our Strength

God spoke this Word in my life. By this Word, I am still serving Christ in my life. In previous years, even after I came to know Jesus, I could not stand properly. I could not look at others straight into their faces. God gave me strength to look at them now. Praise God for His wonderful work in my life. Now I am doing ministry as well as teaching at CBI.

For many years, I have wanted to go to the place where the world’s tallest mountain is. I could not go, because my mom had fallen from a ladder and she became ill. I have taken care of her since her fall. After praying about this place for 7 years, God brought a student from this place to our Calvary Bible Institute. He is short in height but strong physically. His name is Pasang. He has no parents and no one to take care of him. We convinced him that we will take care of him like our own brother or sister and he will be like family to us. Now he is almost finished with the Bible Institute. He will graduate soon.

Thanks be to God! Praise God! During these past two years, our CBI has produced many more faithful students. They learned the Word of God. They experienced how to work in a field of carnal places. They learned how to serve. They learned how to preach the Gospel. They learn how to plant Biblical churches and teach the true doctrine of the Bible.

Thanks to be God, He has brought wonderful students to our Calvary Bible Institute! This semester, God brought talented students to our CBI. When I see them, I rejoice in Christ because they are eager to learn the Word of God. Some of them are skilled in the field of music; they know how to play the guitar and how to write and sing songs. Some are skilled in playing sports as well. Many of them have a heart to serve the Lord, even though they do not know what will happen in the future. If we can train them well, I think we will be able to do a lot of work for the Lord in our country. When I see the students, I can tell that they are understanding everything I teach them. Their hearts want to know “Who is the Real Jesus?” One class of our dear students is going to graduate soon; pray that God will mightily use them and bring positive changes into the churches of our country.

By the grace of God, we are doing ministry. God has given us the vision to raise many more young people up in Christ.

We are doing ministry according to that calling. One of the brothers God brought us to our Calvary Bible Institute is Harka. His life was very terrible when he was without Christ. He drank alcohol and his behavior was totally bad.

Bringing The Good News to Those Who Have Never Heard

How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth! (Isaiah 52:7)

This verse reminds me how to be bold in Christ in all circumstances of our lives. We should preach our Living God to un-reached people. We should share our living hope to dead souls who have never heard anything about Jesus Christ. We share, we proclaim, and we declare our Savior’s salvation to many more dead people who were dying having not heard until now about our Savior Jesus.

Our Almighty God is a victorious God. In history, we do not find any god who is still alive. But our Almighty God, our victorious God– Jesus Christ–the only one, true, living, active God is alive. He has fulfilled all of the prophecy we find in the Bible.

Jesus told us to go and preach the Word of God. We went and proclaimed the Word of God through the Book of Acts.

Near the capital city is the place where I grew up. God put a burden in my heart to pray for the villages in that district to be reached for Christ. When I went there, my heart began to rejoice, because I got an opportunity to meet a church pastor there!

Thank you so much for helping us and supporting us, as well as praying for our trip and ministry!

On December 23, we had a pre-Christmas celebration in the village. Two of our Calvary Chapel churches also participated. We met the local pastor and leaders of the village church.

At least 200 people came to our services. They were blessed by the sharing of the Word of God from Pastor Aanad. We were able to feed those who came. We also distributed some winter hats/bonnets from my beautiful wife and my online fellowships/social media groups.

Glorifying Our Almighty God

God Is in Control

These months we are locked down and cannot leave our room due to the corona virus. These have been hard days. The government has prohibited local movement. But, social media has helped a lot. We are contacting believers, family, and friends via facebook and online media. We celebrated Good Friday and Easter within our family.

This month, the new semester at Bible College started. I feel blessed to teach the students from the book of Matthew. 11 new students came this year. Now we have a total of 27 students.

This month we split the students into groups and made plans for them to go and share the Gospel. It went well. We felt blessed and the students were encouraged. We are planning to do this once a month or more.

Last November, we went to C. village about 150 km away from our home church. We got a chance to minister among the people there, who invited us warmly. About 80 people attended, and we had a pre-Christmas celebration. These people who came are marginalized people who are very poor and deprived of even basic needs. We spent time with them and had fellowship with them.

We are thankful for all the Lord is doing here and we want to share with you an update this month from our church and the CC Pastors Training Center & School of Ministry where we are serving and a new semester has begun. Thank you for joining us in prayer as we appreciate your partnership as we desire to reach this country with the Gospel together.

Our Calvary Chapel Church

Jesus says in Luke 12:22-34, that we should not worry and specifically in Luke 12:32 he says, “Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.” We have seen God taking care of us and the church He has entrusted to us. As we gather, we continue to pray that more would come and know Jesus. Each week we are growing in God’s Word. We have now finished the book of Acts which took over 1 year. Through the study of the book of Acts, God has taught our fellowship to be bold witnesses of Christ and giving testimony of Christ in our lives. Now we have started teaching through the book of Genesis during our weekly church service. I will continue to teach through the book verse by verse and look forward to what the Lord will teach me and our church through the study.

Teaching the Word Throughout Summer

During the semester break, we were able to take several trips to different remote parts of the country to teach the Word of God and share the Gospel.

God gave us an opportunity to visit one of the current students from the Calvary Chapel Pastors Training Center during the semester break. We visited his church in the west. I was able to share the Word of God from the book of James and teach them that it is by faith alone that we are saved and that it is not by our works.

Rabi believed in Budha and at the age of 16, he became very sick for a long time. He began questioning Budha and searching for God. It was at that time that he agreed to go to church with his mother who was a Christian. As other Christians at church prayed for him, he was healed. Rabi heard the Gospel and accepted Jesus as his Savior during that time. As a young man, he had a hunger to know the Bible and be equipped for the ministry. He attended Calvary Chapel Bible College and after graduation, he began a Bible study in his home area.
