We would like to also thank each one of you for your valuable prayers and financial support. We remember you and your family in our daily thoughts and prayers. May our good God bless you with all good resources and good health.\nLast month, SGWM Pastors 3* \u0026amp; 16*, came to my home and stayed for a week. It was a blessed time to meet people and share the Gospel. Every Friday I conduct a prayer service at K* village which is just 6 kilometer away. In this particular village, there are 6 families who are believers. On Sunday I conduct worship service at my home. I am now teaching from Colossians. By God’s grace everyone is growing in the Lord.\nBy God’s grace I am visiting some more villages and sharing the Gospel. I am praying that in days to come, people in those villages will come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.\nPrayer Requests:\nPlease pray for M* and K* village fellowships. I want to apologize for not connecting with you for so long. I was going through emotional pain. My younger sister, who was next to me, hanged herself to death. I was so close to her. This was a big shock for me and for my parents as well. Because of the sorrow, my parents became ill. My father (right) is still undergoing medical treatment. It was not easy for me to teach and preach the Word to the believers, when I myself was broken in my heart. Thanks be to God who has helped me to overcome this sorrow and take care of my parents.\nSince my parents are not well, I have to take over all the family responsibilities. I am doing the farming since it is the rainy season (the time we grow rice).\nThe church members are doing well. Some church members are the only believers from their family. They are being pressured by their family members to not attend Sunday services. One of these is S*. He has stopped coming to church on Sundays, but goes with me to visit other believers\u0026rsquo; families during the middle of the week. I am also evangelizing a family. None of them have yet put their faith in Jesus.\nPrayer Requests:\nPlease pray for my parents to be healed. Please pray for S* to stand firm in his faith and that his family members would also be saved. She had severe pain in her stomach. She was sick for about 5 months. By last December she was doing better. Then this April she got sick again. We went to many different hospitals for her treatment. They could not find out what was wrong with her. All her test reports came back normal.\nShe was admitted in the hospital for many months. In May she died. This shook us all. We went through so much pain and emotional and mental suffering. She was married and has a son who is 4 years old.\nI have three more sisters. Two of them are older than me and one is the youngest. I loved the sister who died. I was the only one who took her to doctors. She lived with us since she got sick. Thanks to our Lord who gave us His peace to overcome this pain.\nRight now, in my church I am teaching from Corinthians. In my personal devotions I am studying form the book of Romans.\nGod opened a new door to a family in my own village. I noticed a man named Hari. He always looked depressed. When I asked some of the villagers about it, they told me that he is always downhearted because his family is going though a hard time. He is always worrying about it.\nWhenever I saw him, I always would pray in my heart for him and that God would give me an opportunity to share the Gospel with him. One day, I was working on my farm and this brother came to me. We started talking. Then, he started sharing about himself. I told him that I would pray for him right there and I prayed for him. The next day when I saw him, I asked him how he was doing. He told me that he was doing good now. Then I shared the Gospel with him. He told me that this is all new for him. He used to think that church is just a place where people who are facing problems go, so that the pastor can pray for them.\nPrayer Requests: Pray for my ministry. May God give me wisdom and understanding.\nPray for my family. May the Lord bless you in this Christmas season.\nI thank God for His grace and faithfulness in my life. The Lord has been opening doors for me to share the Gospel. A family in another village asked me to pray for their family. While I was sharing the Gospel with the family, some Christians from the same village also came there to hear me preach. These people sat and listened to God\u0026rsquo;s Word and when I finished praying they asked me to come to their village every week to teach them the Word. They are Christians but they do not know God\u0026rsquo;s Word.\nI told them that I could come, but I would need to talk to their pastor first. Please pray that, if it is God\u0026rsquo;s will, I would go there and teach the Word to the Christian families in that village as well as share the Gospel to the others in the village.\nThere is another village where I often go and share the Gospel. When I went to the village, as I usually do, I was informed that a young girl was sick. Her family wanted me to come see the girl and pray for her.\nWhen I went to visit the family, only the females of the family were at home. I was told that during the Hindu festival Diwali she got a small sore on her leg. She saw many doctors and she was also taken to sorcerers (witch doctors) but was not cured- instead she became sicker. When she is taken to the witch doctor, something like rice grains come out of her sore. They still do traditional farming, using old implements. We grow rice in our fields. Rice fields are now ready for harvest. The farmers will be busy harvesting and threshing the rice for the next few weeks. Although it is not easy to share the Gospel with non-Christians, the Lord still opens the door to reach out to the people with the Gospel. I have to go to the people at their work place, to their fields, and as I spend time with them they begin to share their problems with me. That gives me an opportunity to share the Good News with them and pray for them.\nSometimes, the Lord brings people to me. A week ago, a woman came to me. She was weeping; her husband is addicted to alcohol, and he beats her. She is ill, but her husband does not care for her. Instead, he tells her to go away and die. I talked to her from the Word and shared the Gospel with her and prayed for her.\nI met another man at my relatives\u0026rsquo; house. He had come from another village to see a witch doctor here. He had a problem, and he thought that it was due to an evil spirit. I met this man for the first time that day.\nWhen he came to know that I am a Christian, he said to me, \u0026ldquo;I have heard that by prayers people are healed\u0026ndash;Is it true?\u0026rdquo;\nI said, \u0026ldquo;Yes.\u0026rdquo;\nI had nice time with this man, sharing so much from the Word and sharing the Cross. Then, I prayed for him.\nPlease pray: For me, that I will grow in the Word and in the knowledge of the Lord and be His bold witness. That the Lord will open the hearts of the people whom I have shared the Gospel with. For my church\u0026rsquo;s growth, that more and more people will be saved and be added to the church. For God\u0026rsquo;s wisdom and strength to do the work of the Gospel. For my family members to grow in the Word. I was born and brought up in a family with a false religion. No one in my family knew about Jesus. We followed all of the Hindu traditions. My father was a drunkard which caused financial problems for my family. I could not continue school because of this. My father became very sick because of drinking so much alcohol. We took him to many doctors, but he did not get well. My father suffered with this illness for many months and no medicine helped him.\nFinally, a pastor came to our house and shared about Jesus with us. He prayed for my father. From that day, my father started recovering. Slowly, he was healed! That was a turning point for us. We started going to church and grew in our knowledge of the Lord. When we learned who Jesus is and what He has done to save us, we (our whole family of 11) accepted Him as our Lord and Savior.\nI wanted to go to Bible College to learn God’s Word. The next year my pastor helped me get admitted to Calvary Chapel Bible College. He booked me a train ticket, put it in my hand and asked me to go to learn God’s Word. After completing two years of learning, I came back to my home town to serve the Lord. I now conduct Sunday Services in my home. Ten to fifteen people come each week (see picture above). Most of these new believers are from the same religion I grew up in. Please pray for me and the ministry. I have been teaching from the book of James in my church. I am enjoying learning the practical lessons from this book.\nAlthough preaching the Gospel publicly in my area is not allowed, the Lord gives me opportunities to share the Gospel to Hindu friends. One day, I left my house to go somewhere. Near our house, there is a bridge. Two men who I knew were sitting on the bridge. I stopped there and began to talk with them, and by God\u0026rsquo;s grace I was able to share the Gospel with them. I invited them to our church. They would like to come, but they are afraid of their community. I have been meeting with them and continue to share the Word with them. Please pray that the Lord will help them overcome their fear and surrender their lives to Him.\nI have begun Sunday Services this year for the first time. Ten to fifteen people attend the services. All of them are from non-Christian families. Most of those who attend are women. I talk with their husbands, but they make excuses that they have to go work. The woman started getting better and was fully healed. But after she was completely healed, the whole family stopped coming to church. I have been visiting the family and trying to persuade them to keep coming to church. Please pray for this family.\nPrayer Requests Please pray for me, that I will be able to present the Gospel to the Hindus in such a way that they can understand it. Pray for the believers of our church, that they will be strong in their faith. Pray that more and more people will be saved and added to the church.
